Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit your factory?

A: Our factory is located in Dongguan, which is near Shenzhen and Guangzhou. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory. We can pick you up when you arrive at Dongguan or Shenzhen airport or Humen high-speed train station.

 

Q: How to buy your machine?

A: Please send me an inquiry to our email. After confirming the machine model and price, we will sign a PI to confirm our order. When we receive your first deposit, we start manufacturing the machine. When we receive your full payment, we arrange packing and shipping for you.

 

Q: What about your warranty?

A: Our warranty is 1 year, along with full-life technical service.

 

Q: How long will we get the machine?

A: The delivery time depends on the machine model. Standard machines can normally be shipped out within 10 days, and for special machines, it depends on the delivery date confirmed in our PI. After shipping, you just need to wait for the ship container to arrive.

 

Q: Are we still need to install the machine after we got?

A: All the machines are already tested and ready, and all parameters are set properly before we deliver to you. We can also send you a video and manual to teach you how to use the machine.

 

Q: How can you guarantee we receive a good quality?

A: First, we have a series of inspection process departments to control the quality. When the machine is finished, we will send you the inspection video and pictures. You can come to our factory to check and inspect the machine with your sample raw material.
